The National Authority for Probity, Prevention, and Fight Against Corruption received, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, a delegation of 18 trainee finance inspectors from the Inspectorate General of Finance as part of a training visit aimed at providing them with a better understanding of the role, missions, and powers of the Authority within the national system of governance, prevention, and the fight against corruption. 

This visit was also part of the Authority's ongoing strategy of openness and interaction with various institutional partners, and reflects its desire to strengthen dialogue and expertise-sharing with young public administration executives, as a means of building a shared understanding of the challenges related to integrity, transparency, and good governance in public management. 

The meeting focused on introductory presentations outlining the legal and institutional framework governing the Authority's actions, the prerogatives of its bodies, and its key areas of focus, particularly in the fields of corruption prevention, risk identification, and the monitoring of its forms. The meeting also included a presentation on the activities of the Observatory, with particular emphasis on studies and research, as well as a presentation on the training, awareness-raising, and integrity education programs run by the Authority. 

This visit provided an opportunity for exchange and interaction with the trainee finance inspectors, during which discussions focused on the challenges of strengthening good governance and the importance of institutional complementarity among the various national institutions, thereby contributing to the capacity-building of young executives and to the consolidation of the values of accountability, integrity, and transparency in their future professional practices.
