On Friday, February 13, 2026, the National Authority for Probity, Prevention, and Combating Corruption (INPPLC) held a cultural gathering at the National Higher Institute of Music and Choreographic Arts in Rabat to present a collective work entitled “Fissures of Meaning: Writings Against Corruption.” The book brings together intellectuals, researchers, and actors involved in issues of governance, integrity, and public affairs management.

This initiative forms part of the Authority's efforts to reach out to different components of society. It reflects the firm belief that the fight against corruption cannot be limited to legal and institutional measures alone, but must also be grounded in strengthening cultural and ethical awareness and in promoting the role of thought and knowledge in building a shared vision of integrity and public accountability.

To this end, the Authority emphasized that an intellectual and cultural approach constitutes a fundamental lever for ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of public policies in the fight against corruption.

The Authority highlighted the quality and relevance of the contributions made by the participating authors, emphasizing the intellectual depth and symbolic significance of their work, which make this book a platform for responsible dialogue and civic reflection.

INPPLC also emphasized that this book represents a cornerstone in the development of a new national discourse on integrity, based on awareness, critical thinking, and responsibility. As such, the book is made available to the public with a view to encouraging reading, debate, and collective reflection, thus contributing to the sustained promotion of a culture of integrity across society.
